Delivery and returns


Our products are delivered by GLS, Delnext, Fan Courier, Packeta, Expedico, Econt, City Express, Express One, Overseas Express or Post AT (depending on your location). The estimated delivery time for products in stock is 2–7 business days within Europe and up to 14 business days outside of Europe. Delivery will be made to the address provided in your order. If no-one is at the address at the time of delivery, you may collect the package in accordance with the instructions of the deliverer. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and can be seen at checkout. In case of cash on delivery, the delivery service additionally charges a fee.

Return of purchased goods

In addition to the legal right of contract withdrawal, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. This right of return also allows you to withdraw from the contract after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period expires. To claim this right, you must return the goods to us within 30 days of the delivery date (the withdrawal period starts from the date of delivery of the goods).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time or to notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@red-lynx.com. The right of return only applies if the goods are returned in their original condition, are not damaged, and are in their original packaging. The goods may only be used for try-on purposes. We want to stress that the additional right of return does not affect the statutory right of return and is, in this respect, independent of it. The additional right of return does not affect warranty rights.

The refund is carried out no later than 14 days after the receipt of your complaint or receipt of the returned item(s).

The amount will be refunded on the customer’s bank account. In case of prepayment, the amount will be returned to the payment method used for the purchase.

Overdue or incomplete refund

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then, contact the company that issued the credit card, as it might take some time before the refund is officially processed.

Next, contact your bank. It normally takes a while for your bank to process the payment before issuing a refund.

We can replace the goods if they were damaged or defective on delivery. If you would like a replacement with the same product, please send an email with all the details of your purchase (first name, last name, address, email address used to make the purchase) at info@red-lynx.com.

Return costs

All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If you send goods with a value of more than €50, we recommend using postal services that include tracking or purchasing parcel insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your parcel.
