Yes, all watches already include a working battery.

Delivery

What kind of delivery options do you offer?

You will receive your order comfortably at your home or at any address of your choice. If you have time restrictions and are not always available to receive your parcel, you can also choose to receive it at a pickup point, where you can go and collect it yourself. To select a pickup point, check the email from our shipping partner that confirms your order is on its way and follow the steps provided in the email.

You can also track your order and make any amendments to your delivery through this email.

How much does it cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and can be seen at checkout. In case of cash on delivery, the delivery service additionally charges a fee.

How long does it take to ship?

We like you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, hence we offer to deliver your parcel within 2–7 business days within Europe and up to 14 business days outside of Europe

If the order is placed before 6 am, it will be prepared and shipped the same day. If the order is placed later than 6 am or over the weekend, it will be prepared and shipped the following working day.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS from the delivery service with a tracking link, via which you will be able to always track your order, and make any amendments to your delivery, should you wish to.

*Although we always work hard to ensure that you will be able to receive your parcel within the time frame mentioned, please note that during promotional periods, launches, and special discount days, such as Black Friday, deliveries may take longer than usual.

What happens if I am not at home when delivery is attempted?

Don't worry! The courier will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, as long as they can access it, to inform you they have attempted to deliver your order. If this is not possible, you'll be notified via SMS, email or telephone.

You can also track your order and make any amendments through the tracking link provided in the email from the delivery company.

My order

I just placed an order on your website, how do I know if it went through?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email you added when placing your order. If you can't find the email, please check your junk mail as well.

Can I track my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking link when your package leaves our warehouse.

I have just placed an order, but I now want to cancel it. What can I do?

We're here to help you! Email us at info@red-lynx.com as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to help. Please include all the details of your order (i.e., confirmation code and full name) in the email, and the amendment you'd like to make. Amendments, including cancellation, can only be made if your order hasn't been prepared yet.

What happens if I receive a faulty/damaged or incorrect product?

Everything has a solution! If this happens, please accept our apologies. Although we always prepare all our orders with care and love, there might still be a mistake in the preparation, or an incident during the delivery. No worries though, you'll simply need to email us at info@red-lynx.com and we'll be happy to help. Please include the details of your order (i.e., confirmation code and full name) and a picture of what you received, including all packaging. We'll then get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can easily add it at the checkout by clicking on "Add discount code or voucher" and type it in.

I forgot to add my discount code when I placed my order, can I add it afterwards?

No, we cannot add a discount code after an order has been placed.

Can I make changes to an order that I placed?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order that has already been placed. If something didn't go as planned, we would like to ask you to create a return and place a new order.

Payments

What do MM, YY and CSC mean?

The abbreviation MM / YY refer to the expiration date of the credit or debit card you are going paying with. You will find it on the front of the card, below "expires end". The term "MM" stands for the two-digit representation of the month. Similarly, the term "YY" refers to the two digits of the year of expiration. CSC stands for the three-digit security code found on the back of the card.

To complete a purchase successfully, enter the information correctly in the designated fields, and click "Finish order". Once the payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has gone through.

I saw that you had a campaign yesterday but placed my order today, can I take part of it today?

No, discounts and campaigns are only valid during the specified time period. The current price will always be displayed on the website.
