  1. How many colors are available?

  2. Is my RedLynx bracelet waterproof?
    Of course. All our bracelets are waterproof up to 1000 m. Have fun diving!

  3. What kind of maintenance does my bracelet need?
    Nothing fancy. To get rid of fingerprints or stains, a wet cloth should do the trick.

  4. What do you use for dying the bracelets and what is the process?
    The bike bracelets are painted using two techniques. The first one uses high-temperature baking varnish (0.06 mm thickness on each side) in blue, white, green, red, purple, etc. The second one uses vacuum plating colors that include yellow gold, black, rose gold. etc. All colors are allergy-free.

  5. Why do you measure bracelet in centimeters?
    Centimeters are our standard unit of measurement for bracelet dimensions. By using centimeters, we can provide you with the most accurate height, width and length of your bracelet. To give you a better idea of dimensions, 2,5 cm is approximately 1 inch.

      1. I have a large wrist and my girlfriend's wrist is tiny. How do I choose the right size?
        Measure your wrist and add 0.5 to 1 cm. Choose the right size according to the calculated number.

      2. Which payment options do you offer?
        You can pay with VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.

      3. I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
        Unfortunately, you cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

      4. Where can I see my order confirmation?
        As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you have entered in your order. If you do not receive the email confirmation, please check your spam folder and add info@red-lynx.com
        to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

      6. What is PayPal?
        PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service, which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at Red-Lynx.com to purchase items using Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). Red-Lynx.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

      7. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
        Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@red-lynx.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship your items to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, we are not able to change the shipping information since the package is in transit.

      8. How do I know if my payment has been received?
        Once your payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation.

      9. Do you provide an invoice?
        Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

      2. How much will the shipping cost me?
        Good news! We do not charge for shipping.

      3. What if my tracking number is invalid?
      • The tracking information normally appears 2-3 business days after the dispatch. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes:
      • the shipping company has not updated the delivery information on the website;
      • the tracking code for the package is incorrect;
      • the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the information has expired;
      • some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.

        We advise you to contact our dedicated Customer Service Department at info@red-lynx.com and provide them with your RedLynx order number. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf, and you will be updated once there is any available information.


      1. I bought my boyfriend a blue bracelet as a birthday gift, but he actually wanted a red one - can I exchange it?
        Sure, ship the bracelet to our address and write down which item you want to receive in return, on a piece of paper.

      2. What is not included in “Bullet-proof Guarantee”?
        Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters

        Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents

      3. What is your return/exchange policy?
        Any unworn product can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns and easy returns for all customers. Please make sure you include your order number when contacting info@red-lynx.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
